Kentucky Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation golf scramble success

Crosswinds Golf Course

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Kentucky Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation hosted the first of their two KLEMF golf scrambles this month.

KLEMF hosted their annual golf scramble Monday at Bowling Green’s Crosswinds Golf Course.

The nonprofit organization’s tournament proceeds will benefit Kentucky Law Enforcement families through emergency assistance funds, educational scholarships for dependents and benefit their annual memorial service.

Through fund-raising efforts like these scrambles and motorcycle and vehicle license plate sales, the foundation has awarded more than 500 scholarships to peace officers, telecommunicators, their dependents and spouses.

You can tee off in KLEMF’s second golf scramble next Monday, Aug. 29 in Richmond, Kentucky’s Gibson Bay Golf Course. The first 120 paid players to register can sign up through this Thursday. Click here for more information.
