Kelly Craft heads to Glasgow hometown for final campaign before GOP primaries begin

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Here in the final hours until the GOP primary election, Kelly Craft addressed her hometown Monday night at the final stop on her campaign tour.

Local candidates Ryan Quarles, Daniel Cameron and now Kelly Craft have all campaigned here in South Central Kentucky these final days before primaries… each hoping your votes will help them turn the tides on Kentucky’s historically low Gubernatorial primary turnout.

Some of Craft’s supporters who attended her rally at Glasgow High School say they plan to cast their ballots bright and early Tuesday morning.

“500 signed up to be here tonight,” said attendee David Gover. “Of those 500, if half of those vote, that’d be great. And I believe that she’s going to win this election because she’s got what it takes to make this Kentucky competitive with all the other 50 states and around the world.”

“[Voting is] the key to this whole thing,” agreed Gover’s wife Misha. “If all these people go vote, that’s the key. Going to these events is wonderful, but going to the polls is critical.”
