Kelly Craft brings campaign to Bowling Green
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Republican candidate for governor Kelly Craft is taking a position on the new abortion bills now in the state legislature.
Craft made a stop in Bowling Green today during her Kitchen Table Tour across the commonwealth.
In addition to her desire to dismantle Kentucky’s Department of Education and crack down on drug dealers if elected, Craft also says she supports adding exceptions to Kentucky’s current abortion ban.
Craft said, “I am pro-life. I have exceptions for the life of the mother, rape and incest. I am for whatever is going to be saving unborn children. We have to also make certain that we look after these mothers, that we take care of them during pre-pregnancy and postpartum.”
Craft is one of 12 candidates vying for the Republican nomination for governor in the upcoming May primary.
