Juvenile makes threats toward Caverna Schools

CAVE CITY, Ky. – On Tuesday morning at approximately 8 a.m., threats were made against Caverna Independent Schools.

The Cave City Police Department and Kentucky State Police say a complaint was received from Caverna Independent Schools that threats were made by a juvenile.

Kentucky State Police public affairs officer Katan Parker says officers responded to Caverna Elementary School to investigate the school threat incident.

CCPD says the incident is under control and no additional threats have been made to students, faculty and the community.

An arrest was not made in relation to the incident.
