Juvenile Detention Center employees arrested

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Two Warren Regional Juvenile Detention Center employees are arrested, accused of bringing contraband into the facility.

Kentucky State Police began investigating in December after a cell phone was found inside the Warren Regional Juvenile Detention Center.

Police say Terrence Lightfoot brought the phone into the facility. Through the investigation it was found that Brandon Grubbs facilitated the use of the phone by inmates, as well as facilitated the use of other contraband.

Both are charged with promoting contraband and were taken to the Warren County Regional Jail.
