Join Kids On the Block for lemonade

BOWLING GREEN Ky, – The Kids On the Block Youth Board is having a lemonade stand to raise money for the WHAS Crusade for Children.

WHAS-TV and Radio based in Louisville, Kentucky conducts the WHAS Crusade for Children.  This is an annual telethon that raises money for schools, agencies, special needs children, and hospitals.

Through grants, WHAS has supported the Kids On the Block Youth Group for several years. KOBYG plans to give back to WHAS for their constant support.

On May 21st, the lemonade stand is at Riley’s Bakery, 819 31W Bypass Bowling Green, KY 42101, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

KOB says “The core message in each program is to teach children acceptance of differences in themselves and in others.”
