International Center of Kentucky seeking hygiene products for refugees

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- Bowling Green’s International Center of Kentucky is asking for the public’s help.

The organization, which is a refugee resettlement agency, is asking for donations of hygiene products, such as toothpaste and soap.

According to a news release, the items will be used to help support the lives of rescued refugees and victims of human trafficking who come to bowling green to restart their lives.

The release goes on to say that the majority of refugees who come to the International Center have had limited exposure to hygiene products.

Items can be dropped off at the International Center office at 806 Kenton Street.
