Information on COVID-19 drive through testing in Warren County

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – On Tuesday,  Governor Beshear announced a drive-thru testing site that will open next week in Warren County. Here’s what you need to know.

According to Warren County Emergency Management, the tests are free and paid for by the state.

If you want to get tested, you must pre-register online.

The testing is by appointment only from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday at South Warren High School.

Walk up testing is not allowed. It will all be done from the comfort of your vehicle.

According to Warren County Emergency Management, this is open to everyone, but they are prioritizing those who are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 and those who are healthcare workers and first responders.

Officials say the goal is to test 300-350 people per day with an end total of 1,000 tests.
