Infant deaths linked to “Rock-N-Play” sleeper

(NBC News) The Consumer Product Safety Commission is warning parents and caregivers about infant deaths linked to Fisher-Price’s “Rock-n-Play” sleeper.

At least ten infants have died in the sleepers since 2015.

According to reports the children died when they rolled over in the device. None of the children were wearing restraint straps at the time.

The CPSC is recommending caregivers stop use of the product by 3 months of age, or as soon as a baby is able to roll over.
