AP Was There: Graf beats Navratilova at Wimbledon again

Tennis history is filled with wonderful rivalries. And so many of those head-to-head matchups are remembered because of Wimbledon finals involving those two players. The Associated Press is republishing stories about a handful of such matches at the All England Club when the grass-court Grand Slam tournament was supposed to be held. Wimbledon was canceled for the first time since 1945 because of the coronavirus pandemic. One memorable tennis rivalry pitted two Wimbledon champions against each other in three consecutive finals.
