I-65 northbound lane in Simpson County to close Monday
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A lane closure on I-65 northbound in Simpson County will take place next week.
The closure will occur between mile point 6.5 and mile point 8 is set to begin Monday, July 8.
The left lane will be closed for approximately 10 days.
A barrier wall will be in place and the speed limit will be lowered to 55 mph.
According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the lane closure is necessary so crews can repair a drainage issue.
