How you can add ‘sparkle’ this holiday season for senior residents

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – This holiday season, you can help make the season brighter for residents of Massey Springs Senior Living.

With a little bit of shimmer and festivity, The Sparkle Social at Highland Stables, sponsored by Bluegrass Balloon Co., will directly support The Sparkle Senior Project.

The Sparkle Social, taking place this Thursday, Dec. 11 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., will bring together an evening of celebration, Christmas cheer and delicious offerings to add a taste of the holidays.

The Reason

The Sparkle Senior Project is a heartfelt initiative dedicated to bringing joy and warmth to residents of Massey Springs Senior Living.

The goal is to add sparkle to their day by delivering personalized ornaments to all 53 residents, reminding them they are seen, appreciated and valued.

The Evening 

For a general admission ticket of $32.50, guests will receive a complimentary glass of wine from Bluegrass Vineyard, as well as entry into Sparkle Bingo and access to an ornament bar.

At the ornament bar, you can design a keepsake to take home at no additional cost.

In addition, you can add a bit of shimmer with Magan Jenkin’s hair tinsel or Lit and Link’s permanent jewelry.

If you want something warm, you can visit the Hot Cocoa Bar with Courageous Coffee or grab a bite to eat and a drink from Twisted Sisters Food Truck.

Guests can also stop at a balloon arch photo backdrop by Bluegrass Balloon Co., a perfect opportunity to snap a photo to capture the moment.
