House on the Hill to host Fountain Square Art Festival

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- House on the Hill is hosting the Fountain Square Art Festival from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 18.

The event welcomes painters, drawers, sculptors, weavers, volunteers, schools, youth and sponsors.

This year’s festival has a goal of raising $50,000 to help provide food and shelter to low-income and no-income families.

The event will also include the Danny Carothers Housing Endowment Conquer the Hill Race.

Community members can participate in the 5K Run / Walk to help reach another goal of
$50,000. Proceeds from the race will go towards the construction of a housing endowment in Danny’s name this spring.

The festival and race will take place at 444 East Main Ave.
