Houchens Industries announces acquisition of leading value-added distributor

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Houchens Industries has announced the acquisition of a leading value-added distributor.

The company recently acquired H.H. Barnum Company, a Michigan-based company.

H.H. Barnum is a leading value-added distributor of controls for factory and warehouse automation.

The company, founded in 1946, employs 300 people across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina and South Carolina. It serves over 5,000 customers.
