Hot Rods win season opener

GREENVILLE, SC. — After a more than a 600-day hiatus, the Bowling Green Hot Rods were back in action Wednesday night against the Greenville Drive.

The Hot Rods won 9-2 after getting off to a strong 6-0 lead through three innings.

The Hot Rods and Drive continue their six-game series tonight with a doubleheader beginning at 4 p.m., featuring two seven-inning games.
