Horse Cave man accused of using forged checks at stores throughout the region 

MUNFORDVILLE, Ky.- A Horse Cave man is behind bars in Hart County after authorities say he forged checks and fraudulently used them in stores throughout the region.

Daniel J, Sallee, 38, was arrested Friday and charged with 14 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Sallee is lodged in the Hart County Jail.
