Hope House hosting donation drive pop-up

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – This Saturday, Hope House Ministries is hosting a donation drive.

This nonprofit organization restores struggling individuals through gospel restoration. Hope House focuses on financial empowerment, education classes, transportation services, addiction recovery and workplace development.

They are encouraging the community to bring their gently used items for their community store, like clothing and home décor.

President and CEO, Bryan Lewis, says giving people a second chance at life is their mission. Lewis views Hope House as a group that “walks with a person rather than doing for a person.”

He adds that their goal is to help others “overcome roadblocks” while boosting their confidence.

Donations can be dropped at the Scottsville Road location of Living Hope Baptist church from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
