Hilltoppers to Open 2020 Season at Louisville

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The countdown is officially on.

In just 37 days, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers will kick off their 2020 campaign in the Commonwealth of Kentucky against in-state rival Louisville.

The ‘Tops announced on Thursday that they will open the regular season on September 12th at Cardinal Stadium in Louisville.

This means that the Hilltoppers will be the Cardinals’ lone non-conference opponent throughout the 2020 college football season.

WKU’s season-opener was scheduled to be against UT-Chattanooga on September 3rd, but that game was postponed earlier this week to a later date in the fall.
