Hightower holds meet and greet at courthouse
BOWLING GREEN Ky.- In the Warren County Fiscal Courtroom Sheriff Brett Hightower held a meet and greet event, so the community could have an opportunity to chat with him and get to know him on a personal level.
Hightower started as sheriff at the beginning of this year, and the meet and greet gave him the chance to meet the public that he protects. Guests at the meet and greet enjoyed spending time with their sheriff.
Among these guests included Fourth District Magistrate Rex Mcwhorter.
“I think it’s awesome that he would share his thoughts with the county and the constituents,” Mcwhorter said.
Hightower said the interaction with the community is something he needs to better serve the public.
“I absolutely love the interaction. Anytime that I can go to a meeting wherever I can integrate myself with the community and hear what their needs are is just so important for this position,” Hightower said.
