Health officials to host free car seat check in Scottsville

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – Allen County parents can make safety a priority this month with an upcoming car seat check on May 30.

Thanks to the Allen County Health Department, organizers say trained child passenger safety technicians will be checking seats to ensure they are safe and secure.

The event is set to take place from 2 to 5 p.m. at Scottsville Baptist Church.

Organizers say car seats will also be available for $30 if you are eligible.
