Hart County reports first postive COVID-19 case
MUNFORDVILLE, Ky.- The Barren River District Heath Department reported Hart County’s first positive COVID-19 case on Tuesday.
The health department also announced additional cases in Warren, Simpson and Edmonson Counties.
Here are the latest totals as of Tuesday evening:
Warren County: 32 (+6)
Simpson County: 14 (+1)
Edmonson County: 6 (+1)
Allen County: 4
Logan County: 4
Barren County: 2
Butler County: 2
Hart County: 1 (+1)
Locally, 17 people have recovered from the virus.
Also on Tuesday, Gov. Andy Beshear announced 147 new cases of the virus and seven new deaths. There are now 1,149 confirmed cases in the state and 65 fatalities.
