Hart Co. man accused of firing weapon after utilities man disconnects his power
A man is under arrest in Hart County, accused of firing a gun after a utilities employee disconnected his electrical service.
According to a news release from the Hart County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested Aaron Murphy, 34, of Magnolia, Kentucky.
He was arrested after police say they received a complaint of a discharge of a firearm after a utilities employee disconnected electrical service at Murphy’s residence.
Murphy was charged with 1st degree wanton endangerment and lodged in the Hart County Jail.
