Hardin County man arrested on child sexual exploitation charges

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police says it has arrested a Hardin County man on charges related to child sexual abuse material.

Authorities say they arrested Justin Lee Dailey, 41, on Monday after an online investigation and interview.

Dailey was found to be sharing images of child sexual exploitation online, KSP says.

Authorities say they have taken equipment used in the crime for examination.

Dailey is currently charged with two counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under 12 years old and one count of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance, 12 years old and over.

He was taken to the Hardin County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing.
