While some think this rodent meteorologist is accurate, local climate data suggests otherwise.
Within the last decade, Phil has been correct about 50% of the time in Bowling Green.
For instance, Phil predicted 6 more weeks of winter in 2017, however, that season ended up being one of the top warmest in Bowling Green.
However, Phil was correct with his 2015 prediction, that season, Bowling Green received above average snowfall between February and March.
