Graves Gilbert Clinic, Humana reach two-year agreement

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A local healthcare provider has reached a contract agreement with Humana.
According to a release, Graves Gilbert Clinic and Humana reached a two-year agreement to continue care for individuals insured by Humana.
GGC and Humana say patient access to service will be uninterrupted.
The release states that the new contract will take effect on March 1, 2026, and will be extended for two years.
Terms of the agreement will allow patients to remain in-network coverage for appointments, procedures and ongoing care at Graves Gilbert Clinic locations, according to the release.
“This new agreement reinforces our commitment to patients across the state and secures our relationship with Humana as a real partner,” said Mike D’Eramo, CEO of Graves Gilbert Clinic. “By working collaboratively with Humana, we are supporting better care coordination, improved cost transparency, and high-quality outcomes. Our entire team looks forward to continuing to serve Humana members with the same standards of clinical excellence and compassionate care they expect from GGC.”

GGC and Humana say patients should not experience disruption to scheduled care.
