Grand opening date announced for Warren County’s first dog park

At Friday’s Warren County Fiscal Court meeting, county parks officials announced that the county’s first dog park will officially open next month.

A ribbon cutting will take place on October 10 at 11:00 a.m. at Phil Moore Park in Alvaton.

The park will feature an area for large dogs and another area for smaller ones. The park will also feature a K-9 obstacle course and water fountains designed for man’s best friend.
