Grand jury to hear case against man accused of raping child, more charges expected
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – An upcoming Warren County grand jury will hear the case against a Bowling Green man accused of raping a child.
Nicholas Finn, 19, was charged Oct. 16 with first-degree rape, according to his arrest citation.
During a preliminary hearing Oct. 25, Warren District Judge Brent Potter found that probable cause exists in the case against Finn to send it a grand jury, Warren Circuit Court Clerk records show.
Finn is accused of raping a child in his care, Bowling Green Police Department records show.
During police questioning, Finn “confessed to sex cries involving children under 12,” according to his arrest citation.
Additional charges against Finn are expected, according to the citation.
