Grand jury indicts man on rape charges

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Warren County grand jury indicted a man on three counts of first-degree rape and one count of first-degree wanton endangerment.

Joe Anthony Landtiser, 35, address unknown, is accused of raping a 13-year-old child in October 2016, according to the indictment issued Wednesday.

Landtiser is also accused of engaging in conduct that created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury.

Court records do not show if he has been arrested anywhere yet.
