Grand jury indicts man on drug dealing, manslaughter charges

Two other people also accused in deaths

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Warren County grand jury issued a superseding indictment Wednesday against a man accused of selling drugs that resulted in the deaths of two users.

Tracy Boyd, 52, was indicted on two counts of second-degree manslaughter, one count of possession of heroin/fentanyl and two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance. He is accused of selling cocaine and methamphetamine. He is also accused of being a persistent felony offender.

He is currently lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail awaiting trial next month.

Boyd is accused of causing the overdose deaths of Joshua Kinkade in Bowling Green and Matthew Dobring in Louisville.

Two other people are charged in the deaths as well, Scott Bernauer, 49, and Stephanie Silvano, 43, both of Bowling Green.
