Gordon Ford College of Business groundbreaking ceremony held today
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Construction has begun on a new building on WKU’s campus.
The highly anticipated new Gordon Ford College of Business building was dedicated this morning, which will be complete by the fall of 2025.
The new building will give students access to resources like a virtual reality simulation lab, trading terminals and an updated Center for Financial Success.
President Timothy Caboni says Ford would be incredibly proud of what this new building will offer students.
“He believed in applied business learning, and this facility will enable his legacy to be lived out every day in a brand new building. And so we’re really proud that the Gordon Ford College of Business has a building worthy of its namesake,” Caboni says.
This is the first building on WKU’s campus to be funded by the state since 2014, when the Ogden College Hall was opened.
Caboni also says this new space will offer training and opportunities to further networking and job placement for students.
