Gold Ribbon Gala held to benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital

Last night, many from the local community rocked and rolled at a concert for a big cause and there were several stars in attendance as well.

We’re talking about the 2018 Gold Ribbon Gala and this year marks the first year it’s been held in Bowling Green.

The gala was a casual concert event, held at La Gala event space on State Street in town.

All of the proceeds from the concert will go to St. Jude Children’s Hospital by way of Rockin’ for a Cure.

Those who attended were treated to performances by Shi’ann Jones from NBC’s "The Voice", Dustin Collins, a #1 country Billboard artist, Lydia Murphy, a local artist, and Twang & Round.

Festivities included a silent auction, food and fun.
