Glasgow woman charged with possession of cocaine

GLASGOW, Ky. – A Glasgow woman has been arrested on drug charges, including possession of cocaine, following a traffic stop.
The Glasgow Police Department says officers conducted the stop on Tuesday on West Cherry Street after confirming the vehicle had expired registration plates.
Police say the officer on scene received consent to search the vehicle, leading to the discovery of a THC vape and cocaine in a purse.
Harlie E. Wells, 25, of Glasgow was arrested.
She remains at the Barren County Detention Center on charges of no registration receipt, no registration plates, possession of marijuana and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
