Glasgow teen accused of making terroristic threats released
The Glasgow native and student accused of making threats against the University of Kentucky has been released from federal custody.
Judge Matthew Stinnett ruled on Wednesday that he doesn’t believe 19-year-old Haily Duvall is a danger to anyone, and he believes that she will not flee.
Duvall pleaded not guilty to the charges of terroristic threatening and falsely reporting an incident.
Her release does come with conditions. She must surrender her passport, check in with a probation officer, continue or actively seek employment and stay off social media.
The judge also ordered her to seek mental health treatment.
