Glasgow Police Department participating in ‘Click It or Ticket’ campaign

GLASGOW, Ky. – Over in Glasgow, there’s a campaign put in place to keep folks safe, especially on the road.

The Glasgow Police Department is back with the Click It or Ticket campaign, where Glasgow officers will be emphasizing the importance of following all the rules of the road by driving the speed limit and wearing a seatbelt properly.

Capt. Justin Kirkpatrick with the Glasgow Police Department says, “Buckling up should be second nature, as I mentioned, not just for drivers but for passengers as well. That’s the message again we’re trying to portray is, ‘here are some things that we can do to just help save lives on the roadway.’”

The Glasgow Police Department will have the Click It or Ticket campaign throughout the month of May.
