Glasgow man charged with gun and drug possession
GLASGOW, Ky.- A Glasgow man was taken into custody Thursday afternoon, after he was originally pulled over for speeding .
52-year-old Jeronald Page told a Glasgow Police officer that he had a suspended drivers license. The arresting officer immediately smelled alcohol coming from the vehicle and conducted a field sobriety test. An open beer bottle was found inside the car door, Page, however, showed no signs of impairment.
According to the arrest citation, officers found a handgun, Methamphetamine, Marijuana as well as pipes and a digital scale inside the car. After a criminal history was conducted, officers learned that Page was a convicted felon. He is being charged with seven different crimes and is held at the Barren County Detention Center.
