Glasgow man arrested on charges related to unlawful imprisonment

GLASGOW, Ky. – Authorities say a man is facing several charges after a woman was held against her will.

The Glasgow Police Department responded to a complaint on Tuesday, Aug. 23 on Taylor Street. Authorities stated a woman had been assaulted and held against her will at the location.

Jhah A. Rizen, 47, of Glasgow was arrested and is in Barren County Detention Center, where he faces charges of fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) minor injury and first-degree unlawful imprisonment.
