Glasgow man allegedly fires gun during verbal dispute

GLASGOW, Ky. – Glasgow police are investigating a shots-fired complaint.

Glasgow Police Department Major Terry Flatt says officers responded to a home on McKenna Street Saturday to reports of shots fired.

According to a release, officers say a verbal dispute led to a handgun being fired into the air

Mikal D. Johnson, 25, allegedly fired the gun.

Johnson was arrested and was lodged at the Barren County Detention Center.

Johnson is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment (discharge of a firearm).
