Glasgow Kentucky man sentenced for sexual abuse of infant

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Glasgow man has been sentenced for sexual exploitation of a minor.

According to the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Kentucky, court documents state 38-year-old Christopher Michael Marsh of Glasgow was sentenced to 30 years in prison, followed by a lifetime of supervised release.

Court documents state Marsh’s sentence is for one count of sexual exploitation of children and one count of distribution of child pornography.

According to officials, court documents further state that, between September 2021 and January 2022, Marsh “recorded himself engaged in sexual abuse of an infant.” In addition, the documents state that Marsh also “distributed the recorded child sexual abuse material.”

There is no parole in the federal system. This case was investigated by HSI Bowling Green and the Glasgow Police Department.
