Glasgow city schools plan to return to in-person instruction Sept. 28
GLASGOW Ky.-One local school district is preparing for their students to safely return to the halls every day.
The Glasgow Independent School District will start their return to in-person learning a week before fall break, and the idea is to get the students accustomed to school life in the building.
Starting Sept. 28, groups of students will return each day. For example, at the high school, the students will return by grade level. The students will learn safety procedures while here.
Students returning will not be using lockers and are asked to bring water bottles to avoid gathering at water fountains frequently. With all these changes, staff are ready to see the students.
Students are still given the option to learn fully virtual if they so choose.
