Glasgow Chocolate Crawl supports local businesses in Barren County

GLASGOW, Ky. – Three local businesses take part in the 2nd annual Chocolate Crawl in Barren County. Fire Line Guns & Knives is offering their own take on chocolate covered popcorn and are excited to take part for the first time.

“The small businesses here in Glasgow, they really work close together and I think the community sees that we’re not against each other, we’re all working together and we all have something unique to offer,” owner Amy Gibson says.

At Boutique Unique, they’ve got something aimed for the adults.

“We have mousse chocolate cups, strawberries with chocolate mousse. We do a alcoholic and nonalcoholic chocolate margarita, and then we do chocolate drizzled popcorn,” co-owner Jessica Gilbert says.

Back Home General Store is also offering a classic combo: a Moon Pie and RC Cola.

The Chocolate Crawl is an exciting opportunity to try some new & unique options while supporting small businesses.

“The Chocolate Crawl is an awesome time for the local small businesses of Glasgow to come together and work together. We get to know new business owners and new businesses and just be able to work together and be part of something and part of our community together,” Gilbert says.
