Give domestic violence survivors Christmas blessings

BRASS Hope for the Holidays 2022

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Barren River Area Safe Space is asking you to help spread hope to their domestic violence survivors this holiday by shopping from their Amazon Wishlist. 

BRASS provides emergency shelter and support services to victims of domestic violence and their children.

You can help support these families by supplying items from this year’s Hope for the Holidays Amazon Wishlist. 

Items range from storage totes to board games, gifts for kids, clothes for all ages, and more. 

Anything you purchase from the wishlist will go to 65 local survivors of domestic violence in our ten-county region.

Brass Director of HR Hannah Hartley said, “This is a way for community members to know they’re sending a little peace of joy to a survivor, whose name they will never know whose face they will never see, but who nonetheless is an entire person and who deserves to have that Christmas morning like the rest of us.”
