“Get Down” at Lost River Cave

The residents of South Central Kentucky were treated to a spectacle of food, drinks, auctions and dancing at the “Get Down at Lost River” event, Saturday night.

The evening kicked off with a silent auction, along with free appetizers and drinks before making their way into Lost River Cave for a night filled with live music and dancing.

Stephen Stucy and the Progressive Auction Group entertained the crowds with their signature fast-talking auctions while attendees feasted on shrimp and grits, flank steak and pies, provided by Mission Catering Group. The Nashville-based cover band, “Stretta” followed, getting people out of their seats and onto the dance floor.

Proceeds of the event went to the future nature center of Lost River Cave where more than $3,500 was raised.
