Funeral arrangements set for state trooper on May 7

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Funeral arrangements have been released for Kentucky State Police trooper Jonathan Christopher “JJ” Johnson with Unit 925.

Johnson died following a motorcycle collision in Warren County on April 30 on Nashville Road at Fortuna Avenue.

Johnson’s funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday, May 7 at Living Hope Baptist Church at 1805 Westen Street in Bowling Green, Kentucky, according to an obituary by J.C. Kirby & Son.

Visitation from 2 until 8 p.m. Monday, May 6 and from 8 a.m. until noon Tuesday at the church.

Burial will take place in Bowling Green Gardens at 820 Lovers Lane.
