Freedom Gallery to open July 4 at Aviation Heritage Park & Museum

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – This Fourth of July, the Aviation Heritage Park & Museum is opening the Freedom Gallery, a space honoring three distinguished military aviators with connections to our region.

According to Cara Pitchford with the Aviation Heritage Park & Museum, the military aviators being recognized include Lt. Col. Gerald Roark, United States Air Force, CW4 Timothy “T-Bone” Vincent, USA, and CWO3 Charles Browning, USA.

The gallery will feature photographs, artifacts, memorabilia and interpretive displays, according to Pitchford.

Admission to both the Aviation Heritage Park and Aviation Heritage Park & Museum is free.

The gallery will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. this Saturday at 1825 Three Springs Road in Bowling Green.
