Happy Friday! Before you head out the door, here are four things you need to know about.
- Meteorologist Darius Mack says it’s another dry and sunny day with a slight chance for rain later tonight.
- Tomorrow is the 6th annual October fest at Dueling Grounds Distillery. Stop by for live polka music, German beer, and so much more! The event will be from 6 to 9 p.m., and entry is free.
- Of course, there is tons of Halloween fun set up for this weekend! Here’s a quick list of some of the fun you can expect to see:
- Scare on the Square, 10/26, Fountain Row Park, 2:00-4:00 P.M.
- Fountain Square Players, ‘Haunting of Hill House,’ click here to get tickets.
- Two free movie showings at SKyPac. One is today, the other is tomorrow night. Both showings start at 7:00 P.M.
- This is the last weekend for the Scarecrow Trail at Lost River Cave.
- Hart County Halloween on the Square, 10/26, 6:00 PM. Hart County Court House Square.
- Today is fountain row and food truck Friday! For this week’s food truck, we have Stoneybrook Farms. Swing by 922 State Street, right on Fountain Row, from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. today for some good eats, with a portion of proceeds going to the Kentucky Museum.
