Former Simpson County man indicted on child porn offenses

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A former Franklin man has been indicted on offenses involving production and possession of child pornography.
Officials say a federal grand jury in Bowling Green indicted Clint Culverhouse, 33, of Paducah on March 15. He is charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a child by producing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.
Culverhouse faces a minimum sentence of 15 years in federal prison and a maximum sentence of 50 years. If convicted, a federal district court judge will decide a sentence.
There is no parole in the federal system.
The investigation is ongoing by the FBI Paducah Satellite Office, along with assistance from the Kentucky State Police.
