Former Purples QB makes most of opportunity against hometown Hilltoppers

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Just over a week ago, the Hilltopper football team travelled to Springfield, Missouri to face off with the Bears in a Conference USA matchup, and in that game, there were many links to Bowling Green, but one player who kickstarted his college career was an accurate passer, a thrilling playmaker and a former Purple.
