Florida man arrested twice in one week in Cave City on DUI charge

CAVE CITY, Ky.- A Florida man is back behind bars, after police in Cave City arrested him for the second time in a week on a charge of driving under the influence.

According to a news release in from the Cave City Police Department, in the most recent incident, Michael Sell, 48, almost struck another vehicle head-on. Police said they observed Sell traveling on 1st Street in the opposite direction.

Police said Sell refused a standard field sobriety test and refused a request from officers to exit the vehicle.

Sell was charged with DUI, reckless driving and resisting arrest.

He was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
