Flemingsburg man charged with human trafficking

ROWAN COUNTY, Ky. – A Flemingsburg man is charged with human trafficking.

According to an indictment on March 7, a grand jury charged Victor Littleton, 29, with human trafficking.

The indictment says Littleton intentionally subjected a minor to commercial sexual activity through force, fraud, or coercion when she was under the age of 18. The criminal offense allegedly occurred on November 29, 2024.

A warrant of arrest on indictment was issued on March 12 and served on March 15.

Littleton is lodged at the Rowan County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
