First responders working to recover vehicle from Green River

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – First responders are working to remove an unoccupied vehicle from the Green River.

According to the Richardsville Fire Department, firefighters assisted Warren County Emergency Management in using sonar to find the vehicle that had entered the Green River at the Arrie Young boat ramp.

Officials say the vehicle was found and marked with a buoy to help the recovery process.

The vehicle has not yet been fully removed at this time, officials say.

Units were additionally assisted by Browning Fire Department and Alvaton Fire Department.
